Cold Steel Tanto Spike

The re-engineered Spike series combines a thin, lightweight design with durable one-piece steel construction. The zero-ground blade is complemented by heavily scalloped, textured handle scales for a comfortable, secure grip. Integral quillons provide a stop for the index finger and thumb, while the textured surface offers positive traction in cold or wet conditions. Available in four distinctive blade profiles—Bowie, Drop Point, Tokyo and an angular reinforced-point profile—the series is lightweight enough for comfortable everyday utility carry. Each Spike includes a Secure-Ex sheath for secure storage and retention. Weighing 3 oz with the sheath, it can be carried using the supplied black steel bead-chain lanyard or attached to a waistband or belt using its Tek-Lok™ compatible design.
